Description

A shield is not simply some hobbit's door that has been strapped to your arm. It is as effective a weapon as any, and better than most for one who has mastered it.

The unexpected shock of a blow against a sturdy shield can injure the attacker more than the defender. All you need to do is add a little power to your blocks, and your foes will feel it more than you do.
