Megoriath is the first of the four Wraiths encountered within the inner walls of Fornost.
Overview
The water within Megoriath's room causes a silence effect, so all healers and casters will need to stand on one of the three stone platforms surrounding him to avoid it. Megoriath does heavy ranged damage, so it's important that the tank keep aggro on him at all times.
Abilities:
- Terrible Retribution
- ~10-foot AOE Knockback
- Diseased Frailty (-97 Vitality, Disease) cast occasionally on players
- Fear effect (standard fear effect that just does ~100 damage per tick, cast occasionally on players)
